We offer online mindfulness classes to strengthen your wellbeing during times of uncertainty, worries and anxiety. It is normal if you experience sometimes higher levels of stress or anxiety. However it is important for you to know how to take good care of yourself mentally and emotionally when you are isolating or feel alone; how to be with the uncertainties about the future; how to be resilient when loved ones get sick or even face the possibility of dying and how to feel secure when you get challenged financially.

We will help you to build your muscles of resourcefulness and teach you the tools to develop your inner strength. We will show you how to not be carried away by your fears and worries. We will guide you to find relaxation in the midst of adversity and meet obstacles in a space of peacefulness, compassion and kindness.
All classes happen online in a secure and private platform. You will be anonymous so you have all the freedom to simply be you and express yourself freely. We invite you to attend the class without preconceived ideas and to imagine yourself as a blank canvas. From that space you are receptive to what is presented to you in the class.
The flow of the class will create an expansion in your awareness, question your usual thought patterns, give you a different perspective and reassure your nervous system. The material is uplifting, engaging and inspiring.
We aim to guide you to spaces of inner acceptance and peacefulness and to support you to be loving, caring and kind towards yourself at all times.
